Cure cancer, quit smoking!

Question for smokers; if taxes on cigarettes go up $3.00 a pack?

Is that cigars too? (I smoke cigar-cig’s to save money)-I heard this may happen in Utah, & I’m fed up with the state trying to “urge” us smokers to quit….
